Location
Located less than one hour away from Muscat and only 35 minutes from Seeb International Airport, at Barka, spread over an area of 30 acres (127,000 sq metres) this resort boasts 109 luxuriously appointed rooms set uniquely between a clusters of mango trees. Nestled at the entrance to 'the interior' it makes an ideal base to explore Oman from.

Studio Room
The Studio rooms are in groups of four, some ground and some first floor. These are spacious rooms with a sitting area and large terrace or a balcony. These rooms are also ideal for single occupancy.
Studio Villa
Studio Villas have king-size beds, a sitting area and a private terrace, all situated in small clusters.
Studio rooms and villas can accommodate two adults and two children under 12 or three adults.
Two Bedroom Villa
Two-Bedroom Villas are a huge 102 square metres, featuring two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a lounge area. All are ground floor villas with private terraces.
Two bedroom villas can accommodate up to four adults and two children under 12 years old.

Al Nahda Desert Dune Camp is about forty minutes from the resort in the heart of the desert. It offers an authentic desert experience. Join us for dinner around the camp fire whilst listening to stories of days gone by and the history of this great nation. Enjoy the entertainment music and dancing. Finally retire to you barasti-style accommodation and sleep peacefully to the sounds of the desert night.
Al Nahda Hot Spring & Baths
In the heart of old Rustaq where the hot springs emerge from the mountains you can relax and rejuvenate in the soothing mineral waters. The private baths will invigorate and enliven you. Treat yourself to a massage or wrap and enjoy lunch in the restaurant.
