The Chedi Muscat hotel is an exclusive beach resort that offers world-class facilities for the discerning traveller. Designed in the style of traditional Omani architecture, The Chedi Muscat has an impressive private beach, two swimming pools one of which is exclusive to adults only and each category of room has its own magnificent view of the water ponds or the Hajjar mountain ranges of Muscat.
The Chedi Muscat also provides guests with the use of an exclusive retreat called the Chedi Club. The Chedi Club is a private lounge offering complimentary breakfast, morning/afternoon tea and evening cocktails, personalised check-in and check-out services, airport transfers, library, free internet access and a host of other executive benefits.

Room categories:
Serai Superior
The Serai Rooms are located in the 3-storey Serai wing and most of the rooms look to either the Indian Ocean or the majestic mountains of Muscat. Serai Rooms accommodate up to two adults and are comprised with one Queen Size bed and one built-in sofa bench. The open plan bathroom features an open wardrobe, one hand washbasin, separate toilet and shower with a rainforest shower head.
Chedi Deluxe
The Deluxe Rooms are scattered amongst the one and two storey Chedi wing pocketed by ponds. Rooms look either across the water gardens or to the majestic mountains of Muscat. All rooms are equipped with one King Size bed and one sofa bench and can accommodate up to two adults. The bathroom area features two open wardrobes, two hand washbasins, a separate toilet and shower, which features a rainforest shower head.
Chedi Club Suites
Sitting closest to the private beach, the suites are either 2-storey or a single storey. The single storey club suite break away from the flat roof building concept with its dome-shaped ceiling. Each suite consists of a large bedroom with a King size bed and a separate living room and an outdoor balcony. Low window of the sitting room allows guests to enjoy the view of the tranquil ponds or the garden ground within the hotel or from the private terrace.
Chedi Club Suites accommodate up to 2 adults or 2 adults and max. 2 children up to the age of 14 years. The children can be accommodated on the existing sofa benches in the sitting room of the suite. The bathroom features a terrazo sunk-in bath tub, an impressive separate shower featuring a rainforest shower head and hand held shower attachment. A separate toilet and bidet, two hand wash basins, two closets with drawer space in each. Suites are inclusive of two-way airport transfers, continental breakfast in the Club Lounge, complimentary cocktail hours, free laundry, free wireless internet access in the Club Lounge, free mini bar and daily newspaper.

Restaurants and Bars
The Restaurant
Adjacent to the lobby lounge with views of the beach, the restaurant also features a large outdoor courtyard plus 3 semi-private dining rooms for 12-20 persons each. Four open display kitchens serve Arabic, Mediterranean, Asian and Indian cuisine. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Arabian Court
A distinctive venue offering authentic Arabic cuisine adjacent to the main restaurant. Finish the night off in the Shisha garden with a traditional water pipe.
The Lobby Lounge
Off the main lobby overlooking the gardens and the sea serving refreshments, cocktails and snacks. Also suitable for cocktail parties up to 40 guests either indoors or outdoors.
The Chedi Poolside Cabana
Adjacent to the chedi pool along the beach overlooking the Indian ocean serving assorted refreshments, light meals for lunch and Mediterranean specialities for dinner. Also suitable for private functions of up to 60 guests.
The Serai Poolside Cabana
Adjacent to the serai pool, overlooking the gardens and the Indian ocean serving assorted refreshments, light meals, sandwiches, international, specialities. Suitable for private functions of up to 32 guests.
Private dining at The Chedi
A small number of private dining rooms, some with a lounge area capable of pre and after dinner drinks are also available for special occasions.

Further notes
The maximum number of persons in Serai Superior and Chedi Deluxe Room categories are two. The maximum number of persons in a Chedi Club Suite is two adults and maximum two children under the age of 13 years. The children will be accommodated on the existing sofa bench of the suite's sitting room. There are no twin-bedded rooms at The Chedi.
Due to early flight arrivals reservations are to be made from the night before to ensure immediate access to the hotel and its facilities. This applies to all scheduled flights arriving before 09.00 AM. Equally, passengers booked on late flights are to reserve an additional night in order to use the hotel facilities until departure. This applies for all scheduled flights leaving after 7.00 PM.
