Al Waha (The Oasis), dedicated to leisure and nestled at the foot of a mountain range, has been designed in such a way that the hotel's several swimming pools form an oasis incorporating many date palm trees. The architecture of the five-star Al Waha is traditional Dhofari, from the southern region of Oman.

Room categories:
Superior
Each room has views of the lush gardens and convenient access to the pool area. The bathroom features a separate bath and shower cubicle and the balcony or patio is furnished with a table and two chairs.
Superior Sea-facing
Same as above but rooms overlook the lush gardens and pool towards the turqoise waters of the Bay of Al Jissah.
Superior Seaview
Same as above, though each room has direct views of the beach and the Gulf of Oman.
Executive Seaview
With expansive space and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Oman, these rooms are ideal for families or people travelling together featuring a sofa bed to sleep additional guests.

Restaurants and Bars
Samba
Open-plan food stations offer dishes from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Mexico. An array of market-style fish, seafood and meats are prepared on a giant grill located in the middle of the restaurant. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in the impressive selection of fruits and desserts. Al fresco dining is also available overlooking the pools and sea. Open daily from early morning to late evening.
Surf Café
An upmarket comfort food restaurant with its own internet access, the Surf Café is the most popular choice for the younger clientele and those on the go. Enjoy a healthy salad or snack, burger or sandwich - there's something for everyone. Open daily from morning till late in the evening.
Bait Al Bahr
Stroll to Bait Al Bahr just before sunset and sit overlooking the beach to watch the sun go down over the Gulf of Oman. Then enjoy sumptuous traditional Omani seafood accompanied by fine wines to round off a perfect day. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
Assira - pool bar
Light and healthy food with refreshing ice-cold beverages. Swim, sunbathe, have a quick snack and drink ... and then start all over again.
Al Waha Lounge
Panoramic views over the pool, gardens, beach and sea. Al Waha Lounge is the best place to enjoy a wide selection of cocktails, wines, coffees, teas and light snacks.
Guests may also dine in the restaurants and enjoy the entertainments at the Al Bandar hotel.
